Position Summary:
The HVAC Technician will assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience who is ready to expand their skills while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, service, and repair of HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, and ductwork.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
• Follow work orders, job specifications, and company procedures to ensure quality service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on-site and in company vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience as an HVAC technician, apprentice, or helper.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and troubleshooting methods.
• Valid EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various indoor/outdoor environments.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $36.00 per hour
