DBK seeks a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team! This critical role ensures vendors are paid accurately and on time while supporting the overall financial health of our organization. Responsibilities:

•  Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
•  Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
•  Ensure timely and accurate payments via checks, ACH, or wire transfers. Maintain vendor records and assist with 1099 preparation
•   Support the month-end close with accounts payable reporting and accruals.
