The Plumber Level II Technician has a strong desire to continue pursuing this trade as a career and is motivated to continue learning skills and gaining experience within our plumbing department. The responsibilities of the Plumber Level II Technician include but are not limited to assembling pipes, installing water heaters, clearing drains, replacing shower valves. The Plumber Level II Technician can be expected to assist in complex jobs and handle smaller jobs on their own.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Packing and sorting plumbing equipment for each job.
- Repairing or replacing pipes and parts.
- Determining the right tools and equipment necessary to successfully complete a job.
- Assisting with preparing estimates for customers.
- Making sure that all work is in accordance with federal, state, and local plumbing codes.
- Cleaning the job site after the work is completed.
- Answering client queries.
- Following the Plumbing Managers instructions.
- Ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are in good working order.
- Coordinating with team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a service plumber is mandatory.
- Completion or enrollment in a relevant apprenticeship program is beneficial.
- A willingness to learn on the job, take training, and earn a qualification as a Plumber Level III.
- Capacity to operate independently.
- Good math skills for accurate measurements.
- Experience with reading blueprints or electrical schematics.
- Critical thinker with good problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work after-hours and weekends.
